At Haven Hair, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please read the following before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule or change a service.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.
• No-shows incur 100% of the service total.
• Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Deposits
• 50% deposit of the total service.
• Deposits are deducted from your service total on the day.
• Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable when the 24-hour cancellation policy is not met.

Arrival & Appointment Etiquette
• Please arrive alone and on time for your appointment.
• Please allow enough time for travel and parking before your scheduled appointment.
• Due to the intimate nature and limited space of the salon, please don’t bring additional guests unless previously arranged.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being treated as a no-show or your service being adjusted to fit the remaining time.

Confirmation
• An automated SMS reminder is sent 48 hours before your appointment.
• Please confirm with Y or N before the 24-hour cancellation period.
• Haven Hair may cancel unconfirmed appointments within 24 hours.

Health & Safety
Please reschedule if you are unwell. Haven Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel a service if you arrive showing symptoms of illness or if behaviour is inappropriate.

Pricing
Prices displayed are starting prices. Additional time or product may incur an additional charge depending on hair length, density, condition and service requirements.
Haven Hair reviews its pricing annually and may adjust service prices to reflect changes in products, education and operating costs. Any updated pricing will be communicated prior to your appointment.
